Job description
 

Guarantee a high efficiency of provision of services through a dedicated team work, and ensure that all team members are recognized and empowered, and that time and resource management are prioritized.

Guarantee that all team members are provided with self-care and staff-care techniques

In collaboration with CP coordinator, Supervise, coach, train, mentor and evaluate the staff member.

Participate and follow up in field assessment activities.

Ensure the supervision, monitoring and evaluation of all PSS activities and guarantee that all selected curriculums are integrated, and ensure that all relevant tasks are being applied.

Ensure that all data-entry/reporting procedures are followed and relevant to confidential information are protected and updated on a daily basis.

Identify and establish referral system with other organizations providing services to host community and refugees.

Ensure that safe identification and referrals for at risk cases are conducted as per the program strategy and national guidelines with respect to confidentiality and informed consent

Submit timely technical weekly and monthly reports

Select, Train, Supervise and follow up the community volunteers’ activities.

handle all administrative aspects at the center (Expenses and vouchers, coordinate of activities materials, schedule of activities, keep tract of staff and trainers’ attendance sheet and beneficiaries’ files, ensure the proper use of all material and venue).

Guarantee that all new procedures and/or amendments, whether internal or external are taken into consideration and that all team members are relevantly informed and/or trained   

Ensure the provision of clear case management intervention strategies and action plans, aligned with internal procedures and relevant National SOPs;

Guarantee that all designed forms and formats are used and duly filled by relevant team members,

Organize and conduct weekly meetings with the team to discuss the activities and challenges, best practices and lessons learned.

Take an active role in all relevant Working Group designed by national or international partners and ensure the dissemination of relevant MoM.

Promote the project services, develop and maintain cooperative relationships with related UN, government agencies, municipalities and community members and service providers.

Requested Profile
 

Master’s degree in social work, Social Animation, Psychology, or any other equivalent university qualifications.

At least 4 years of experience in protection projects.

Good knowledge of Lebanese Institutions and policies, especially of the Ministry of Social Affairs, the Ministry of Justice, and the Ministry of Education and Higher Education

Good knowledge of CP and GBV National SOP’s and Minimum Standards

Good knowledge of national and international NGO’s, as well as CP and GBV working groups, task forces and other relevant committees

Good knowledge of CP, and PSS principles and curriculum

Good knowledge of Case Management procedures

Good skills in time management and stress management

Good knowledge of the Lebanese context and of the relationship between host and refugee communities

Good skills in team management, capacity building, training, and coaching skills

Good knowledge of all Microsoft Office tools, as well as data management

Arabic and English language written and spoken is essential; Excellent written English is desired.
