- Develop comprehensive lesson plans, catering to the needs of different proficiency levels.
- Deliver engaging and interactive English language classes, using a variety of teaching methodologies.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters language acquisition and encourages active participation.
- Assess the language proficiency of students using appropriate evaluation tools and provide constructive feedback to support their progress.
- Develop and implement customized learning plans for students with specific language learning goals or challenges.
- Utilize multimedia resources, technology, and authentic materials to enhance language learning and cultural understanding.
- Foster language fluency through speaking, listening, reading, and writing exercises, addressing all language skill areas.
- Organize and facilitate language workshops, language clubs, or language-related events to promote language practice.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in language education and incorporate innovative teaching techniques and materials into lessons.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and assessments.
- Collaborate with other language trainers, sharing best practices and coordinating language-related activities.
- Adhere to professional and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and respecting the cultural diversity of students.

•Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in English language education, linguistics, language teaching, or a related field.
•Experience: Proven experience in teaching English as a second language (ESL) or English as a foreign language (EFL) to diverse groups of learners.
•Other Requirements:
o Strong command of the English language, including proficiency in spoken and written English.
o Knowledge of language teaching methodologies, pedagogies, and language acquisition theories.
o Familiarity with language assessment tools and proficiency frameworks
o Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
o Creativity in developing engaging and dynamic language lessons.
o Knowledge of multicultural sensitivity and the ability to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
o Proficiency in using technology and multimedia resources to enhance language instruction.
