LOST is looking to hire a dedicated Business Coach in Baalbeck.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Designing and Developing Training Programs: Create a comprehensive business training curriculum tailored to the needs of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).
  • Program Orientation: Provide participants with a clear understanding of the program's goals and expectations through orientation sessions.
  • Participant Outreach: Actively recruit and engage participants to join the project, ensuring broad community involvement.
  • Capacity Building: Deliver targeted training sessions aimed at enhancing the business skills of MSME participants.
  • Business Planning Support: Assist participants in developing and refining their business plans to align with market demands.
  • Startup Assistance: Support trained participants in launching their businesses, offering guidance throughout the initial stages.
  • Profitability Training: Equip participants with the knowledge and skills to make their businesses profitable and market-responsive.
  • Funding Guidance: Advise successful participants on how to secure additional funding sources to grow their businesses.
  • Challenge Reporting: Identify and report any challenges encountered during the project to the project coordinator for timely resolution.
  • Regular Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly reports detailing progress and outcomes to the project coordinator.
  • Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of all project-related files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Networking Support: Help participants establish valuable connections with suppliers and other key stakeholders.
  • Performance Tracking: Complete daily activity sheets to track and evaluate daily performance metrics.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master’s Degree in Business Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in business coaching, with a proven ability to drive successful outcomes.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with fluency in both Arabic and English.
  • A motivational leader capable of inspiring and guiding participants to achieve their business goals.
  •  Adept at identifying challenges and providing practical solutions to support business growth.
