Reorienting the future: combating water scarcity and enhancing its productivity in the Ostuan Basin in Akkar
Job description:
Assess the training needs of the target beneficiaries.
Develop a comprehensive training program, including materials, forms, exercises, and presentations.
Collaborate with the project team and partners to adapt the curriculum as required.
Deliver training and mentorship, with a special focus on Persons with Disabilities (PwD), throughout the project (25 training days).
Prepare a comprehensive training report, summarizing all outputs, observations, recommendations, and results analysis.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor in Social Work, Public Health, Human Rights, or other related field.
2-3 years of experience in related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively with team members.
Ability to show a positive and collaborative approach toward diversity.
Flexibility and ability to deal with cultural differences.
Fluency in English and Arabic
