Join our Training Team - ToT Program

The Lebanese Development Network (LDN) is looking for Junior Trainers to participate in our various ToT activities.

- Activity 1: It will be held in Struga, North Macedonia from 13 till 22 Sept, 2022.
This ToT program will generate the knowledge regarding sustainability and social responsibility, providing youth with non-profit Digital Marketing ‘8Ps’ mix and Social media tools focused on increasing the pressure on public authorities and business sector for the implementation of Sustainable Developments Goals [SDGs] policies.

Non-formal education working methods and tools will be used throughout the Program engaging the participants in design and delivering small non-formal activities such as: Team-Building Games, Simulations, Role Playing, Storytelling, Problem Solving, Cooperative Challenge, Interactive Workshops, Brainstorming Sessions and Outdoor Activities.

The ToT program has 3 sub activities:
- SDGs for facilitators;
- Development and implementation of Digital Marketing campaigns; and
- Developing of marketing creativity using smart phones.

- Activity 2: It will be held in Spain from 24 till 28 Oct, 2022. (More details will be provided shortly)
Desired Competencies:
- Substantial knowledge of the theory of the course subject;
- Considerable command of the methods and approaches;
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills;
- Ability to deal with group dynamics in a constructive manner;
- Proficiency of English language.
