A Full Scholarship At University of Cambridgeand University College London In History Teaching
The Lebanese Association for History (LAH) is pleased to announce a great opportunity ofhistory teachers in Lebanon to gain a certificate in history education at two of the mostprestigious universities in England fully funded by a scholarship (including tuition fees andliving expenses).
What is a PGCE in History?
It is a one-year (9 months) higher education course at th University of Cambridge and University College London. It encourages a thoughtful, reflective and critical approach to the teaching of history in the school.
Who can apply?Applicants must hold a first degree in history or philosophy (or a relevant field).Candidates who are not native speakers of English are required to provide the results of a English language test and to meet the minimum standard of proficiency required for admission to Cambridge/UCL.
How to apply for the course?You need to fill an application through online UCAS Teacher Training (UTT).
Who is offering the scholarship? Said Foundation and the British Lebanese Association arewelcoming applications for full scholarships.
How to apply for the scholarship?You need to apply for the joint scholarship by completing the online form to both the BritishLebanese Association and the Said Foundation. Deadline: 30 November 2015
