- Responsibilities:
- Design and provide three training sessions for trainers on the topic of good use of water in homes
- Research and incorporate best practices for conserving water in domestic.
- Design interactive activities and presentations to engage participants and reinforce key concepts.
- Facilitate discussions to address questions, concerns, and real-world applications related to water usage.
- Provide practical tips and resources for implementing water-saving techniques in everyday life.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the training content meets the needs of the target audience.
- Monitor participant progress and adjust the training approach as needed to maximize learning outcomes
2. Qualifications:
- Ability to design and deliver training sessions for trainers
- The ability to design content about the optimal use of water in homes. The content must be easy to understand, short, and suitable for use in community awareness sessions.
- At least five years of experience in the field of training.
- Previous experience in training trainers, and training education teachers, is a plus.
- Experience working with non-governmental organizations.
- Experience in creating training content.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Teamwork and Flexibility, and Ability to adapt content to different learning styles and audience demographics.
- Passion for promoting sustainability and environmental stewardship.
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, education, or related field (preferred).
- Certification or coursework in training facilitation is a plus.
