Hygiene Kit Tender# IRL - T2025 - 017

IRL aims to provide life-saving support to conflict affected displaced communities by addressing their immediate food and non-food needs, including ready-to-eat food parcels and essential NFIs including but not limited to (blankets, mattresses, pillows, hygiene kits, baby kits, adult diapers and kitchen sets, etc.)

Overall objective of the assistance is to provide relief to those who have been forced to flee their homes due to the current conflict. Through this intervention, IRL aim to ensure that the basic needs are met and that individuals can begin to rebuild their lives in a safe and secure environment. This support will help alleviate the burden on already strained resources and enable vulnerable populations to access the assistance they require.

The assistance will consist of:

• Hygiene Kit (Quantity 500)

 Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for consideration of this tender, a tenderer should meet the
following requirements:

1.Company VAT Registered and has a financial
number.
2. Flexible in payments
3. Clear quotation stamped and signed by the company name.
4. Has a bank account by the company name and can receive external bank
transfer.
5. Distribution and labor cost should be included and mentioned on the
quotations.
