Delivering Training And Mentoring Services To (Civil Society Organizations) Csos Within The Framework Of The Capacity Support To Civil Society Project

International Relief and Development (IRD), is seeking proposals from eligible contractors to provide training and mentoring services in the region (depending on the security situation) for an IRD Program to support civil society organizations. IRD anticipates awarding a single firm fixed price, level of effort term contract as a result of this Solicitation, but reserves the right to award more awards than anticipated above.
