Level of Effort: The public health intern will work in close coordination with senior specialist for community health to undergo research projects and analysis related to CH activities and CH available data
Background: IMC’s Health Department is seeking to recruit a Public Health intern with strong public health and epidemiology background to undertake data analysis and assessment projects for IMC’s active programs in Lebanon
Purpose: The purpose of this scope of work is to determine the deliverables and expected duties of the public health intern
Task Description:
The intern will work in close coordination with the community health specialist to generate public health reports and findings with particular focus on epidemiological community trends, community health interventions and community-based disease surveillance. These deliverables will support in the development of guidelines for the implementation of IMC’s public health interventions, with specific focus on community health activities.
Specific Duties:
- Conduct a KAP survey
- Generate CH trend analysis report

- Trend analysis on CH activities
- KAP survey questionnaire
- KAP survey report
Within the 3 months period based on a timeline approved at the beggining of the internship

Location of Work: Consultant resides in Beirut and will attend the central office on needs basis
