TOR - Implementation Agreement to promote small income-generating opportunities for refugees and host communities

In order to support vulnerable refugees and host communities in starting income-generating activities leading to self-employment, ILO ENABLE is seeking an implementing partner to identify vulnerable microentrepreneurs, organize business plan competitions, conduct assessments, provide business coaching and training, distribute in-kind grants, and manage ongoing monitoring and support.

How to apply

The bidding IP must submit the proposed offer “Technical and Financial Proposals” in separate digital folders mentioning “Technical Proposal” and “Financial Proposal” on each digital folder so that the financial information could not be revealed before financial proposal opening. The two digital folders saved in one digital folder (zipped) with the title saved as the full name of the bidder, followed by the “BPC ENABLE”, and date of submission.

The deadline for submission of technical and financial proposals is 11 April 2025 at 14:00 Beirut time,   to be scored according to the technical evaluation table mentioned above combined with the financial proposal.
