Description: 
  1. Coordination and follow-up with training coordinator and the center management, program’s management, and all relevant departments to provide translation services for sign language and to circulate it within the center’s activities.
  2. Coordination and follow-up with the monitoring and evaluation team to follow up on the trainers' completion of all required assessments and papers especially with people with hearing impairments in coordination with the training coordinator and center management.
  3. Coordination and follow-up with the media team regarding the media requirements required within the courses related to sign language and covering it in coordination with the center manager and the program’s department.
  4. Direct follow-up on the registration of students with hearing impairments and communicating with them and following up on their progress during activities in coordination with training coordinator and trainers.
  5. Follow up on the completion of the preparation of training materials for classes and related activities and supplement it with sign language materials under the supervision and coordination of the training Coordinator and the center management.
  6. Coordination with the rest of the facilitators and trainers for the success of all activities in coordination with the training coordinator and management of the center.
  7. Supporting the center's management in following up on all the workshops and related activities.
  8. Coordination with the entire main office departments and providing the necessary support from reliable field information.
  9. Ensure the quality of data and reports and share them with the head office.
  10. Submit periodic reports and participate in field needs assessments and project ideas.
  11. Performs all required duties assigned by the center’s management and the program’s management in relevant to his/her experience and job position.
