Tasks and duties

  1. Coordinate and follow up with the center manager, program's management, and relevant departments to ensure smooth logistics and efficient completion of administrative tasks, including document management and staff work schedules.
  2. Collaborate with the purchasing and financial departments to oversee procurement processes, documentation, and financial logistics, in alignment with the center manager's guidance.
  3. Directly coordinate with the human resources department to maintain accurate employee records, monitor work schedules, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
  4. Work closely with the training coordinator to facilitate the timely provision of logistical support required for successful program implementation, adhering to predetermined timelines and program guidelines.
  5. Supervise and manage housekeeping staff to ensure the cleanliness, readiness, and proper maintenance of the center's premises and facilities, coordinating with the center manager as needed.
  6. Conduct regular inspections and oversee the maintenance of the center's interior and exterior spaces, including child-friendly areas and other facilities, in collaboration with the center manager.
  7. Assist the center's management in the coordination and execution of workshops and related activities, providing necessary support to ensure their smooth operation.
  8. Foster effective communication and collaboration with all main office departments, leveraging reliable field information to provide necessary support and facilitate coordination.
  1. Contribute to the preparation of monitoring and evaluation reports, providing clear explanations and utilizing visual aids when necessary, to share relevant information with appropriate stakeholders.
  2. Perform any additional duties assigned by the center's management and the program's management, aligning with personal expertise and the requirements of the role.

 

Qualifications

  • Awareness of the main principles of protection and work with adolescents and youth.
  • Previous experience in training work and youth centers.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office software and internet navigation.
  • Ability to organize individual meetings, case studies, and focus meetings (focus groups).
  • Experience in charitable work and organizations.
  • Strong team spirit, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  • Awareness and commitment to humanitarian standards.
