Join our team as a Marketing & Communications Coordinator - a role packed with excitement and creativity! We need someone who loves spinning stories, rocking social media, and throwing unforgettable events.

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about collecting, writing inspiring youth stories, and sharing them with our stakeholders across different online tools. You should be someone who can wear many hats and be able to multi-task.

Communications & Social Media

  • Plan and coordinate a communications overall strategy and content schedule for newsletters and social media, ensuring timely and consistent delivery.
  • Create and develop attractive, witty, and informational captions and posts content and monitor metrics reporting.
  • Generate innovative ideas for content that captivate the audience and align with project goals.
  • Handle live coverage of events on Social Media by attending yourself or by coordinating with the programs team to request attractive photos and videos.
  • Interact with audience and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
  • Conduct interviews with projects’ beneficiaries and craft compelling written youth success stories for our website’s blog, newsletters and social media posts.
  • Develop relevant written content for communications purposes such as website pages for new projects, email campaigns, promotional material, registration forms, presentations, event invitations, press releases, and partner media kits, etc.
  • Create and manage the distribution of newsletters using online digital tools.
  • Edit and proofread written content for accuracy, grammar, and clarity, ensuring a high level of quality.
  • Work closely with the design and other marcom members to integrate written content with visual elements and overall campaign strategies.

Marketing & Other

  • Collaborate closely with the team and donors to strategically plan, manage, and execute comprehensive marketing initiatives tailored to project needs, ensuring alignment with the projects’ goals and donor expectations.
  • Organize events and competitions, including venue and catering selection, branding production, agenda development, venue setup, multimedia coverage, and presentations, etc.
  • Oversee and manage budgets for marketing initiatives, visibility campaigns, and event organization, adhering to finance team guidelines and procurement rules, while ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost-effective execution.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with donors for all marketing and communications activities, including managing donor report sections related to visibility.
  • Handle follow-up and coordination with suppliers for the production of marketing and communication materials, including giveaways, videos, and branded/printed material.
  • Update the database of various stakeholders and suppliers
  • Manage relationships with the press and media.


  • Bachelors degree in communications, journalism, marketing, literature, or related field.
  • Outstanding writing skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences.
  • Deeply passionate about writing and staying abreast of social media trends and tools.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for details.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Previous experience in copywriting, content creation, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Neat and fresh eye for design and modern visual trends.
  • Audiovisual and graphic design skills is a big plus.
  • Computer literacy on Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc) as well as graphic and design softwares or online tools (such as canva or Photoshop & Illustrator or other).
  • Familiarity and knowledge in Entrepreneurship is great plus.
  • Car is a must.
