DESCRIPTION:

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with IDRAAC's mission and objectives. Identify target audience segments, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and define tactics for content creation, community engagement, and campaign/project amplification.
  • Content Creation: Generate high-quality and engaging content, including written posts, visuals, videos, and infographics, that educates, inspires, and promotes mental health awareness and psycho-social support. Ensure all content adheres to IDRAAC guidelines and is optimized for various social media platforms.
  • Platform Management: Manage and maintain social media accounts across various platforms (e.g., website, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram). Regularly update profiles, respond to comments and messages, and proactively engage with the community to foster discussions around mental health.
  • Campaign Execution: Implement social media campaigns, including paid advertising, organic content distribution, and influencer partnerships, to maximize campaign reach and impact. Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide regular reports on key insights, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Community Engagement: Foster an active and supportive online community by responding to comments, inquiries, and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner. Facilitate conversations, moderate discussions, and encourage user-generated content that shares personal experiences and promotes mental well-being at work.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the operations team, HR department, and mental health experts, to align social media efforts with overall IDRAAC objectives. Liaise with external partners, influencers, and organizations to amplify the reach and build strategic partnerships.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Stay informed about the latest trends, research, and best practices in mental health, well-being, and social media marketing. Continuously explore new opportunities and emerging platforms to enhance exposure and reach.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management and digital communication.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and storytelling abilities.
