Campaign Producer - Consultant

Helem is currently in search of proposals from experienced video production studios/teams to spearhead the production of its annual campaign. This campaign endeavors to amplify awareness regarding the challenges confronting the LGBTQ+ community. The chosen studio will be responsible for the ideation, conceptualization, scripting, and execution of all audiovisual materials for the campaign.
Scope of Work:
The selected production house will be responsible for:
- Concept creation and storyboard development
- Scriptwriting
- Video shooting and production
- Sound design and editing
- Color correction and grading
- Motion graphics and animation
- Delivery of the final video(s) in high-quality format
Proposal Evaluation Criteria:
- Experience in creating high-quality videos that convey complex messages engagingly and creatively
- Alignment with the project objectives and key messages
- Proposed concept and storyboard
- Budget feasibility
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines
- Sample portfolio of previous work
