The Hariri Foundation for Sustainable Human Development is a Lebanese non-governmental organization with special consultative status in the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC). Tha Hariri Foundation is dedicated to sustainable development across various sectors, including Education & Training, Public Health, Community Support, Urban Development, and Environment & Agriculture. HF operates in partnership with stakeholders to promote citizen engagement, social cohesion, and community resilience.


Position Overview

The Hariri Foundation for Sustainable Human Development is seeking a dynamic and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent marketing, graphic design and social media skills. This role is crucial for effectively communicating the Foundation's activity and research findings to diverse audiences both online and offline.


Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

  • Develop and maintain visual identity guidelines for diverse programs and services.
  • Develop appealing graphic materials and presentations in line with communication strategies.
  • Design PowerPoint presentations for various projects and events.
  • Create engaging data visualization and infographics.
  • Produce digital graphics for websites and social media channels.

Marketing and Social Media

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to enhance visibility.
  • Manage and curate content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Create engaging and informative visual (static/video) and written content for various communication channels.
  • Monitor social media trends, track analytics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare compelling presentations and reports based on research findings for internal and external stakeholders.

 


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications, or Marketing. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, marketing, social media management, and presentation roles.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful communication strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic language and in English language.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in social media management and content creation (video/design).
  • Advanced presentation and reporting skills.
  • Familiarity with sustainable development topics and frameworks is desirable.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Innovative and creative thinking to develop impactful communication materials.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
