How to apply
يجب تقديم جميع عروض الأسعار على أوراق تحمل اسم الشركة والرقم المالي، ويجب أن تتضمن العنوان القانوني لها. وأن تكون مختومة، موقعة وسارية لمدة لا تقل عن 20 يوم تقويمي من تاريخ تقديم العرض.
يجب تقديم العروض داخل ظرف مغلق ومختوم يحتوي على ثلاثة ظروف (ظرف للعرض الفني مع كتلوك – ظرف للعرض المالي – ظرف للورقيات الإدارية).
يستطيع المورد ان يقدم العرض للمواد المتوفرة لديه فقط.
يجب تقديم كتلوك مختوم من الشركة وموقّع، مع الصور والمواصفات للمواد المطلوبة لضمان التوافق مع المواصفات المطلوبة في المرفق (A).
يجب ان تكون المستندات والشروط التالية موضوعة ضمن ظرف مختوم وهي:
الملحق A - جدول المواصفات الفنية - مكتمل ومقدم ومختوم من الشركة.
الملحق B العرض المالي-مختوم من الشركة
المحلق C – اثبات مسؤولية - مكتمل وموقع ومقدم.
الالتزام بالمواصفات الفنية: يجب أن تؤكد الشركة الموردة على أن -الملحق A - جميع العناصر الفنية المطلوبة في المنتجات استوفيت الشروط المطلوبة او زادت عليها (ولم تنقص).
مصدر المنتجات: يجب أن تكون المنتجات المقدمة من الشركة الموردة موجودة في الجمهورية اللبنانية ومتاحة للشراء،
يجب ان تكون الشركة الموردة مرخصة تجارية ولديها رقم مالي ضمن الجمهورية اللبنانية وتقدم الوثائق التي تؤكد ذلك، وفي حال كانت تتقاضى الضريبة على القيمة المضافة يجب إبراز رقم الضريبة على القيمة المضافة.
All quotations must be submitted bearing the company name and financial number and should include the legal address. Quotations must be sealed and valid for a minimum of 20 calendar days.
Quotations must be submitted in a sealed and stamped envelope containing three separate envelopes (one for the technical specifications, one for the financial offer, and one for the administrative documents).
The supplier can only submit the quotation for the goods available in their possession.
A company-stamped and signed catalog must be submitted, including images and specifications of the required materials to ensure compliance with the specifications outlined in Annex (A).
The following documents and conditions must be enclosed in a sealed envelope:
Annex A - Technical Specifications Table - completed, stamped, and submitted by the company.
Annex B – financial offer- submitted by the company
The supplying company must hold a valid commercial license, have a financial number within the Republic of Lebanon, and provide documents to confirm this. If the company is subject to Value Added Tax (VAT), it must display their VAT number.
Annex C – Proof of Liability - completed, signed, and submitted.
Compliance with Technical Specifications: The supplying company must confirm that all required technical specifications outlined in - Annex A - have met or exceeded them (and are not lacking any).
Product origin: The products provided by the supplying company must be available for purchase within the Republic of Lebanon.
