How to apply
- يجب ان تكون المستندات والشروط التالية موضوعة ضمن ظرف مختوم وهي:
- الملحق A - الملحق الفني - مكتمل ومقدم ومختوم من الشركة.
- الملحق B العرض المالي-مختوم من الشركة
- المحلق C – اثبات مسؤولية - مكتمل وموقع ومقدم.
- الالتزام بالمواصفات الفنية: يجب أن تؤكد الشركة الموردة على أن -الملحق A - جميع العناصر الفنية المطلوبة في الملحق الفني استوفيت الشروط المطلوبة او زادت عليها (ولم تنقص).
- يجب أن يتم تنفيذ جميع الأعمال وفقاً للمواصفات والمعايير الفنية المطلوبة، وفي حال وجود مخالفات، تتحمل الجهة المنفذة التكاليف اللازمة لتصحيحها.
- على المورد تقديم ضمان للأعمال لفترة لا تقل عن 6 اشهر من تاريخ التسليم النهائي و في حال وجود خلل أو عطل خلال فترة الضمان، يجب إصلاحه دون أي تكلفة إضافية.
- يجب ان تكون الشركة الموردة مرخصة تجارية ولديها رقم مالي ضمن الجمهورية اللبنانية وتقدم الوثائق التي تؤكد ذلك، وفي حال كانت تتقاضى الضريبة على القيمة المضافة يجب إبراز رقم الضريبة على القيمة المضافة.
- The following documents and conditions must be enclosed in a sealed envelope:
- Annex A - TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS - completed, stamped, and submitted by the company.
- Annex B – financial offer- submitted by the company
- Annex C – Proof of Liability - completed, signed, and submitted.
- Compliance with Technical Specifications: The supplying company must confirm that all required technical specifications outlined in - Annex A - have met or exceeded them (and are not lacking any).
- All works must be carried out in accordance with the required specifications and technical standards. In case of any non-compliance, the executing party shall bear the full cost of corrections.
- The supplier must provide a warranty for the works for a period of no less than six (6) months from the final delivery date. Any defects or malfunctions occurring during the warranty period must be repaired at no additional cost.
The supplying company must hold a valid commercial license, have a financial number within the Republic of Lebanon, and provide documents to confirm this. If the company is subject to Value Added Tax (VAT), it must display their VAT number
