GVC - Gruppo di Volontariato Civile intends to award a work contract for the construction of water infrastructures in Qobayat – Qatlabah, Akkar Governorate, with financial assistance from the EU Regional Trust Fund in Response to the Syrian Crysis – The “Madad Fund”.
