- Social Media Management:
- Develop, schedule, and execute engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Engage with audience to build community and monitor social media trends to ensure strategies stay relevant and effective.
- Analyze and report on social media performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Campaign Management:
- Assist in planning and executing paid campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
- Monitor performance and adjust targeting, creatives, and budgets to meet campaign objectives.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suites Insights, and other digital platforms to measure campaign performance.
- Prepare monthly reports detailing the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and propose strategies for improvement.
- Website Management:
- Create and update website ensuring all content is current and aligns with marketing strategies (including new products, recipes, etc).
- Email Marketing:
- Write, design, and distribute B2C and B2B email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional offers, in both English and French.
- Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Offline marketing
- Coordinate the creation of offline marketing material including products’ label, printed documents such as catalog and flyers, displays for events, and more.
- Support for events and fairs to promote our products:
- Promote our products and services during events
- Coordinate the design of communication and promotional materials
- Prepare budgets and ensure adherence
- Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Management. Master’s degree in relevant field is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel,…)
- Flexibility in performing duties, with exceptional ability to execute multiple tasks concurrently
- Results driven

- Good communication skills, dynamic, an outgoing and likable personality, strong presentation skills, a passion for selling, strong negotiation skills, able to work on own initiative and as part of a team, results orientated, good time management, creative.
- Proven experience as public relations, communication and marketing executive or similar role
- Solid knowledge of Marketing, PR and Digital Media techniques and principles
- Solid knowledge of social media (blogs, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
- Proven experience in coordinating and managing effective campaigns through various channels
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable as a public speaker
- Ability to build strong relationships with key people or organizations
- A creative mind partnered with the ability to find the best practical solutions
- Exceptional writing and editing skills
- Proficient in English and French. Good knowledge of Arabic.
