Description:
The Developement Advisor will be required to:
- Identify project opportunities with ministries and regional/international donors
- Assist in drafting technical/fundraising proposals for donor-funded projects (such as EU, World Bank, UNDP, and others)
- Establish relations with local/international public and private institutions
- Participate in the management of awarded projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or any other related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience with NGOs and donor-funded projects
- Preferable Previous experience in writing technical/fundraising proposals
- Fluent in Arabic, English, French, both spoken and written
- Proficiency in MS Office Softwares such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and preferably basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Mailchimp
