Introduction: 

Development for People and Nature Association (DPNA) established in 2003, is a nongovernmental, secular association that works through a wide range of networks of civil society organizations (CSOs) to meet the needs of the local community on the basis of sustainable development. These relationships are part of the organization scale up ability.

DPNA’s Vision is to have a democratic and non-violent society where all citizens enjoy their rights and freedoms. As for its Mission, it is to educate, empower, mobilize, and enable citizens to change and meet the needs of the communities specifically the marginalized groups in rural, bordered, and poverty areas, on the basis of human rights and sustainable development.

As part of Shabakeh II- Why Waste? -Lebaa project funded by AFD, CDCS implemented by Expertise France and DPNA, DPNA is requesting price offer for purchasing 340 garbage bins in lebaa. Information regarding the Bid are mentioned in the attached BOQ.

Development for People and Nature Association (DPNA) requests your price quotation for the purchase of garbage bins in Lebaa project specified in this Request for Quotation (RFQ).

All quotes provided should meet the specification(s) listed, and include the following information for the criterion listed, which shall be used in evaluating the best bidder:

• BOQ completed and stamped (attached).
• Company Profile.
• Data Sheet
• Commercial Register Certificate.
• Certificate of Registration at Ministry of Finance.
• Document reflecting that the company is not subject to legal proceedings from the court.
• Copy of the ID of the representative of the company.

Evaluation and Selection Criteria: 

Evaluation and Selection criteria will be divided as follows: Technical 60%, Financial 40%.
