Introduction: 

Development for People and Nature Association (DPNA) established in 2003, is a nongovernmental, secular association that works through a wide range of networks of civil society organizations (CSOs) to meet the needs of the local community on the basis of sustainable development. DPNA’s Vision is to have a democratic and non-violent society where all citizens enjoy their rights and freedoms. As for its Mission, it is to educate, empower, mobilize, and enable citizens to change and meet the needs of the communities specifically the marginalized groups in rural, bordered, and poverty areas, on the basis of human rights and sustainable development.

DPNA in collaboration with Dutch MFA under the project “Acute Crisis Joint Response-ACJR" is requesting price offer for 1622 Personal Hygiene kits

Development for People and Nature Association (DPNA) requests your price quotation for the supply of Personal Hygiene kits specified in this Request for Quotation (RFQ).

All quotes provided should meet the specification(s) listed, and include the following information for the criterion listed, which shall be used in evaluating the best bidder:

• RFQ completed and stamped (attached)
• Sample kit with the requested goods
• Previous Experience
• Commercial Register Certificate
• Certificate of Registration at Ministry of Finance
• Not subject to legal proceedings from the court (Clean Judicial Record)
• Copy of the ID of the representative/owner of the company

Evaluation and Selection Criteria: 

• Evaluation and Selection criteria will be divided as follows: Technical 60%, Financial 40%.
