Secretary post
Secretary post: under this post, the recruited person will be attributed functions depending on the needs of the Delegation. Upon recruitment, the successful candidate will occupy a specific job function as Secretary – this job function may be changed in accordance with the needs of the Delegation. Under this job function the successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out general secretarial tasks such as maintaining proper clerical processes and ensuring appropriate assistance to persons concerned, as well as coordinating with secretaries in other sections. He/She will be also in charge of processing the administrative paperwork, provide general administrative support and document management services. Among which:
- Provide secretarial assistance to the Administration section
- Replace the receptionist during her absence
- Schedule appointments and update calendar
- Assist in the security recruitment files
- Draft verbal notes
- Filing
- Draft recurring notes/e-mails/ letters.
- Take minutes of meetings
- Register in and outgoing mail of the Admin section in Ares
- Any other task assigned
