Outreach and Referral Officer
Role Overview:
The Outreach and Referral Officer is responsible for implementing community engagement initiatives and referral pathways to ensure efficient service delivery to underserved populations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to enhance community engagement.
- Facilitate referral pathways for beneficiaries, ensuring access to necessary services.
- Coordinate with SDCs and other service providers to streamline case management.
- Maintain detailed records of outreach and referral activities.
- Conduct awareness sessions on available support services.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in outreach and case management.
- Knowledge of referral systems and community mobilization strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and case management software.
