Supply of standardized bins for waste collection - T0012024

COOPI – Cooperazione Internazionale has received a grant from the European Union and the Italian
Agency for Development Cooperation for the implementation of the operation entitled “SWaM Akkar.
Supporting Sustainable Solid Waste Management in Jord al-Kaytee, Akkar” ENI/2018/398-054; “Access to
water, Environmental Rehabilitation and Sustainable Waste Management in Lebanon AID 012590” and
“SWAM Akkar. Supporting sustainable solid WAste Management in Jurd al-Kaytee.” AID 01234/01/5 and
intends to apply a portion of that grant to payments under this contract. No party other than COOPI –
Cooperazione Internazionale shall derive any rights from the grant or have any claim to its proceeds. Under
no circumstances or for no reason whatsoever will the donor entertain any request for indemnity or payment
directly submitted by the humanitarian organisation’s contractors.

The purpose of this contract is to supply standardised bins for waste collection to the Union of
Municipalities in North Lebanon, specifically in Jurd-el Kaytee - Akkar

Tenders must be submitted using the standard tender form included in the tender dossier, whose format
and instructions must be strictly observed. Tenderers with questions regarding this tender should send

Any attempt to contact the Contracting Authority through different means than via emails will lead
to a disqualification of the contractor.

The deadline for submission of tenders must be combined with the public opening.
Any tender received after this deadline will not be considered.
