  1. Feedback and Accountability Mechanisms
  • Receive feedback and complaints through all accountability channels and tools.
  • Centralise feedback and complaints received from various channels into the designated database and archiving systems.
  • Refer feedback and complaints to the relevant focal point, ensuring adequate and timely response in compliance with the Accountability Framework and SOP
  1. Information sharing and Consultation
  • Ensure information is shared consistently with affected communities about CARE/ partners mandates and programs, humanitarian principles and existing Feedback and accountability mechanisms.
  • Ensure the consultation and participation of affected communities is prioritised by the project teams throughout the project cycle (assessment, planning, implementation).
  • Conduct regular consultation with affected communities to proactively share information about interventions, to assess participant satisfaction and collect feedback.
  1. Helpline Operation
  • Be responsible for the proper implementation of all helpline operating procedure.
  • Refer participants and non-participants to the relevant service provider based on the priority and need.
  • Ensure the follow-up of all cases referred until the closure of the case.
  • Address beneficiaries’ queries through the helpline in a respectful and professional manner.
  • Provide information directly to GBV survivors respecting confidentiality and the survivor-centered approach.
  • Ensure that non-GBV information relevant to the caller’s requests are properly recorded to ensure quick and appropriate referrals.
  • Offer Psychological First Aid to callers in distress.
  • Track referrals through collecting, tracking, and following up on beneficiary feedback using the referral tools and database.
  1. Field Work
  • Do regular field visits to monitor the distribution/activity/outreach sites.
  • Actively collect feedback from people during emergency focusing on their needs and limitations.
  • Report back to line manager trendy observations, feedback analysis, and recommendations.
  • Provide Psychological First Aid to people in distress on field.
