Call for a TOT Trainer
Basmeh & Zeitooneh is a registered Lebanese organization, committed to serving refugees and vulnerable communities in Lebanon, through four community centers across the country. The organization runs educational, relief, livelihoods, and protection programs, and aims to serve as an inclusive and supportive focal point for the entire community.

Scope of work:
The project aims to raise the knowledge of 8 Civic Society Organizations in several topics in order to improve their capacity and capability to implement projects and advocacy campaigns.
Deliverables:
- Design the training curriculum and materials according to the CSOs capacity assessment results and B&Z recommendations.
- Prepare the training agenda.
- Deliver 4 training days.
- Conduct pre and post assessment.
- Prepare and provide a training report.
- Provide a detailed invoice.
- Provide the requested attendance sheets.
- Provide the trainees with a TOT certificate.
- Provide a copy of ID or Passport.
Trainer Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years professional experience in designing training manuals.
- Ability to conduct and facilitate online trainings.
- Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to deliver trainings in Arabic.
Duration: June 1st 2024 to August 31st 2024
