Description: 
  • Assess the logistical and administrative needs and priorities of the schools/centers in collaboration with the training coordinator and project coordinator;
  • Provide regular updates on activities forecast, procurement plans and follow up on expenditures.
  • Supervise, in coordination with field officers, the planning and implementation of the training activities (Functional BLN, Vocational training, Life skills, Internship), in liaison with the outreach, school directors, private sector and entrepreneurship focal points.
  • Conduct regular field visits to the schools/centers for the monitoring of the quality implementation of projects activities, as well as spot checks on correct application of administrative and logistical procedures (timesheets collection, checks delivery, materials delivery, ...);
  • Conduct regularly scheduled staff meetings to discuss and resolve staff and program issues and concerns
  • Provide monthly reports to the training coordinator including quantitative data and descriptive narrative on running and planned activities;
  • Focal point for stock maintenance and inventory system in the schools/centers, in regulation with logistical procedures;
  • Prepare weekly plan with field staff to be validated by training coordinator, project coordinator, and project manager and adjust car plan accordingly.
  • Responsible for ensuring implementation of activities according to the weekly plan
  • Support outreach and technical sectors with focus groups interventions;
  • Consolidate and validate the beneficiaries’ databases in alliance with overall targets
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the integrated approach of the program.
  • Given the nature and function of AVSI Lebanon as AVSI Mena hub, and on request, and in case of need; to collaborate with the regional structure in Lebanon / Mena.
