Main tasks:

- Collect data of all the information regarding the child registration and follow up tests and other information related to the project activities.

-Identify and refer of the administrative/ logistic needs of the centers and schools to the office coordinator/ logistic responsible (Maintenance, material, goods and supplies, teachers’ attendance etc.)

-Guarantee the correct functioning of the transportation and snack service, and delivery of any learning material to schools and centers

-Take care of the administrative work of the schools/ centers by ensuring that the program is carried out in compliance with consortium and EU administrative procedures and MEHE SOP.

-Follow up regularly the activities in the centers and schools by using the tools provided in the project and prepare regular standardized reports for the management and the education specialist.

-Suggest and plan extra curriculum activities to be implemented inside or outside the learning spaces.

-Coordinate with the education specialist for the follow up of the teachers.

  • Provide coaching and technical support for teachers and teachers assistants in the center.
  • Monitor the overall quality of retention courses inside public schools in line with the trainings provided for public schools’ teachers.

-To ensure that all personnel’s working with the center and service providers are respecting the conditions of AVSI child protection policy on which they have been trained.

-Identification of children with special needs or potential Child Protection abuse cases and referral to case managers

-Identify caregivers to be engaged in the educational activities

- Organize regular meetings and awareness sessions with parents in public schools and center.

-Participate in project staff training with other AVSI staff.

- To comply with the AVSI Code of Conduct and Child protection policy.

-Perform other duties within areas of responsibility as requested by the supervisor.
