Consultancy: WASH technical consultant - Solar PV

Within the scope of the project “Enhancing Multisectoral Support for Vulnerable Lebanese and Displaced Syrians in Zahle (Barr Elias, Saadnayel, Taalbaya and Majdel Aanjar)” financed by OCHA and implemented by AVSI, the latter is looking to hire a consultant/expert to help with the implementation of the solar PV systems in 1 water pumping station in Majdel Aanjar.

The technical consultant/expert is expected to validate BOQs for the installation of the solar systems, participate in the selection of the contractors, supervise the work progress and provide necessary reports and feedbacks. The full details are available in the Terms Of Reference attached.
