The purpose of this assignment is to seek a Transportation Supplier; this includes the provision of a list of required Services as listed in “Appendix J” for Supplying School Transportation Services.

Time: 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Schedule:
Shift 1 – 200 Students: Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 8 Buses (25 students per bus)
Shift 2 – 200 Students: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday – 8 Buses (25 students per bus)
How to apply
n behalf of Amel Association International, all Transportation Suppliers are hereby invited to tender for this School Transportation Services Tender.
Sealed and labeled Tenders must be returned to Amel Association International on or before the 30th of May 2025, by hand to AMEL headquarters, 3rd floor.
Tenders submitted in any other manner will be deemed invalid tenders. Unsigned tenders/tender proposal forms will likewise be deemed invalid tenders. The signature for the Form of Tender/Tender Proposal Form must be that of a Principal or Director of the firm. Tenders must be in the format prescribed in the Form of Tender/Tender Proposal Form and all required documents must be submitted.
Tenders will be assessed in accordance with the mentioned criteria.
