Outreach_iFEEL(2) PROJECT

3. Key responsibilities
•Identify potential beneficiaries to the relevant projects as per the set criteria 
•Conduct outreach and community dialogue activities
•Assist in social assessment
•Make regular visits to stakeholders (municipalities, unions of municipalities, communities, etc.) to assess the needs of the beneficiaries targeted by the project and to build a relationship with them
•Conduct support groups and committee meetings and participate in it.
•File and archive specific forms for referrals and weekly reporting are taking place while ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and timeliness
•Support in the procurement process as requested
•Build and maintain a database 
•Monitor the daily ongoing activities
•Support the team with any request 

Requirements for position
•Fluent in Arabic and English (Oral and written)
•Computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, excel and word in specific.
•Good communication skills (face-to-face and over the phone)

Educational qualifications/ experience
•Bachelor degree or equivalent years of experience in fields of social work relevant field
•Strong experience in outreach
•Have skills in working with people of all ages and social groups
•Skilled at working with local communities and authorities
•Mobilized (Have a car)
•Based in Hasbaya district
