Tahawor program, an initiative by Rashad Center for Cultural Governance, Adyan Foundation's Think-do Tank, is open for evaluation proposals. Qualified professionals or organizations are invited to submit proposals to assess the impact, effectiveness, and overall success of Tahawor. Dedicated and skilled evaluators are sought to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the program.

 

Project Overview:

“Consolidating the Values-Driven and Human-Centered Reform Dynamics and Possibilities within the New Lebanese Parliament – Tahawor’’

Rashad Center for Cultural Governance (RCCG) initiative aims to engage Lebanese parliamentarians and their support staff to discuss and work out long-term values-based approach to parliamentary work and dynamics through a series of workshops and activities.

Scope of Work: The selected evaluator will be responsible for conducting a comprehensive evaluation of the Tahawor program. The evaluation should include, but not be limited to, the following components:

  1. Objective Assessment: Provide an objective assessment of the project's goals and objectives.
  2. Impact Evaluation: Assess the impact of the project on the target population and community.
  3. Process Evaluation: Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the project implementation, including any challenges faced and lessons learned.
  4. Data Collection and Analysis: Develop and implement a rigorous data collection plan, including both qualitative and quantitative methods, to gather relevant information.
  5. Stakeholder Interviews: Conduct interviews with key stakeholders, including project staff, beneficiaries, and partners.
  6. Final Report: Prepare a comprehensive evaluation report that includes findings, conclusions, and recommendations for future project and interventions.

We invite interested parties to submit their proposals, ensuring that the following information is included:

  1. Cover Letter: A brief cover letter introducing the evaluator or organization, highlighting relevant experience, and expressing interest in the project.
  2. Qualifications and Experience: Provide a summary of qualifications, including relevant experience in evaluating similar nonprofit projects.
  3. Technical Approach: Outline the proposed methodology, approach, and tools for conducting the evaluation.
  4. Timeline: Provide a detailed timeline indicating key milestones and deliverable dates.
  5. Budget: Clearly outline the proposed budget, including all costs associated with the evaluation.
