Project Overview: School Snacks Program with WFP

The proposed School Snacks project, in collaboration with WFP, aims to provide students with nutritious and balanced snacks during their school day, helping to improve their health, well-being, and focus on learning. The project will involve the planning, preparation, and distribution of snacks that meet established nutritional guidelines, ensuring that the students receive essential vitamins and minerals.

The initiative will target schools in the Beirut and Mount Lebanon areas, with a focus on supporting students in underserved communities. A total of 10 schools will be involved, benefiting approximately 5,000 students. This project aims to contribute to improved educational outcomes by addressing hunger and promoting healthy eating habits among children.
