The consultant will be working on developing training materials for NGOs focused on selecting Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. The training aims to equip employees with the knowledge to understand these systems, their functionalities, and best practices for selecting and acquiring them.
