General Purpose of the Position

The Human Resources Administrator provides essential support in maintaining staff records, processing payroll, and assisting with basic HR functions. This role is focused on ensuring accurate documentation and supporting the smooth operation of the HR department.

Main Responsibilities of the Position

1.Staff File Organization

  • Updates and maintains complete and accurate staff files.
  • Ensures all employee documentation is managed with confidentiality.

2.Payroll Administration

  • Prepares monthly salary payments, ensuring the accuracy of timesheets.
  • Verifies payroll data and ensures proper filing of all payroll-related documents.

3.Support in Recruitment Process

  • Coordinates and schedules interviews.
  • Ensures a smooth and efficient recruitment process that aligns with the relevant organizational policies.

4.Staff Care and Support

  • Provides support and guidance to staff for any HR-related concerns.
  • Follows up on employee concerns to ensure they are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Ensures the prompt execution of any additional tasks within the scope of the role that may be requested by the Project Director.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes

  • Experience in HR administration.
  • Good understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
