Project Summary:
Funded by Porticus, this project contributes towards improved working conditions, labor
rights, and empowered aid localization. It supports 40 Syrian and Lebanese women
workers by providing them with the necessary technical and in-kind support to enhance
their productive capacities and working conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop Curriculum
- Develop the training materials for sessions on legal aspects.
2. Deliver Training Sessions
- Conduct 5 training sessions for 40 CFW participants on decent working conditions
and Lebanese labor laws.
3. Educate on Workers' Rights and Duties
- Inform workers about their legal rights and responsibilities in the workplace.
4. Assist in Drafting Legal Documents
- Guide participants in creating and reviewing legal documents for business and
employment.
5. Provide Ongoing Support
- Offer continuous resources and support to keep participants updated on legal
changes.
