DESCRIPTION:

Tasks include the following:

  • Review and analyze the implementation and progress of the assigned project and approved outcomes and outputs.
  • Identify the effectiveness of activities and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Review the achievability of the objectives against the current context and provide recommendations for adjustment.
  • Prepare monitoring tools and assessments related to the project’s deliverables.
  • Analyze data collected through monitoring and evaluation actions using statistical software as needed.
  • Prepare MEAL plans and reports.
  • Perform and analyze M&E evaluation surveys and all data collection tools.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, and Biostatistics or relevant fields.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in monitoring and evaluations in the humanitarian or development sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting evaluations of community projects. 
  • Track record and experience in community research.
  • Excellent written and oral skills in English and Arabic.
  • Excellent relationship management skills and the ability to communicate and work closely with local partners, community members, and other stakeholders.
