Leadership and Management:
- Provide visionary leadership to the organization, ensuring alignment with the mission and strategic goals.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective implementation of programs and initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans in collaboration with the Board members and executive team.
- Foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture that promotes teamwork, professional development, and high performance.
Fundraising and Financial Management:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to secure diverse funding streams, including grants, donations, and partnerships.
- Oversee the financial management of the organization, including budgeting, financial reporting, and audit processes.
- Ensure the organization’s financial stability and sustainability through sound financial planning and management.
Stakeholder Engagement and Advocacy:
- Serve as the primary spokesperson for the organization, representing Lebanon Eco Movement to the media, government officials, donors, and other stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders, partner organizations, and policymakers.
- Advocate for environmental policies and initiatives at local, national, and international levels.
Program Development and Oversight:
- Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs and initiatives that align with the organization’s mission and strategic goals.
- Ensure that programs are effectively managed, monitored, and evaluated for impact and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for new programs and initiatives that advance the organization’s mission.
