NRC Call for Provision of Solar Power System for Water Filtration & Pumping System at Haret Jandal – Mount Lebanon – ITB Ref # 24-BML-0002
- TENDER PURPOSE:
- NRC funded by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affais (NMFA) is willing to assist in the improvement of water access to serve the inhabitants of Haret Jandal neighbourhood.
- As part of NRC’s Wash Program currently being implemented in the Beirut- Mount Lebanon region of Lebanon, an agreement was reached between the Municipality and NRC to design, provide and install a solar pumping & filtration facility for the existing water well at Haret Jandal to minimize the impact of water shortage and mitigate the risk of electricity cut off and fuel shortage along with increasing water supply hours and reducing financial burdens.

MANNER OF SUBMISSION:
NRC will follow the two-envelope submission system for this procurement (Technical Link and Financial Link) which should be separate from each other. Failure to comply with the above submission instruction will lead to supplier disqualification immediately.

Technical and Financial bids must be uploaded in a separate designated field, otherwise your offer will be disqualified. Please submit your bid by uploading all files to the e-tender box web site - the link is included in the file 0_LINK TO UPLOAD BID.pdf, which you downloaded together with this tender package.
To avoid technical problems and disqualification of your bid, please reduce the file name length before submission and please do not zip folders and sub-folders because the file with too long name cannot be transferred between different Microsoft Clouds (submit single files only). Files with the same file name cannot be uploaded twice.

MANDATORY SITE VISIT:
