Tasks and duties
- Coordinate and oversee all operational aspects of the training center, including work schedules, paperwork, and coordination with relevant departments for smooth functioning.
- Ensure efficient logistics and procurement processes by coordinating with the purchasing and financial departments, in collaboration with the administrative officer.
- Facilitate effective monitoring and evaluation of training programs by coordinating with the monitoring and evaluation team and ensuring timely completion of evaluations and required documentation by trainers.
- Coordinate with the media team to fulfill media requirements for training courses, ensuring proper coverage in alignment with project objectives and program management guidelines.
- Provide direct supervision and support to trainers, overseeing their work and schedules in collaboration with the training coordinator.
- Oversee student registration processes, monitor progress, and ensure smooth operations of training activities in coordination with the training coordinator and program management.
- Ensure timely preparation and implementation of required training materials and resources, collaborating with the training coordinator and program management.
- Monitor and manage attendance schedules and all related paperwork, ensuring their completion within the specified timelines.
- Provide comprehensive supervision and task allocation to the center's staff members, fostering an efficient and collaborative work environment.
- Foster partnerships and networking with educational and training institutions through regular meetings, strengthening the community center's operations.
- Represent the community center officially in events, meetings, seminars, and marketing initiatives to enhance its visibility and outreach.
- Collaborate with various departments at the main office, providing reliable field information and offering necessary support.
- Identify and explore funding opportunities for the center's activities, coordinating with the program department and establishing communication with relevant institutions.
- Ensure the generation of high-quality data and reports, sharing them with the head office as required.
- Prepare administrative reports on the center's progress, activities, challenges, and updates, actively participate in field needs assessments, and contribute to project idea generation.
- Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the program management, aligning with the individual's expertise and job position.
