Nursery Director
The Director will be responsible for all managerial functions. This includes but not limited to:
- Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all students, staff, and families.
- Supervise and support a team of teachers and staff, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, and health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with parents, staff, and other stakeholders to build positive relationships and foster open communication.
- Manage and oversee the enrollment process, including admissions, registration, and orientation.
- Develop and maintain a budget, manage financial resources, and ensure effective financial management practices.
- Coordinate and oversee school events, including parent-teacher conferences, open houses, and graduation ceremonies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation, including student records, attendance, and personnel files.
- Stay informed about current trends, research, and best practices in early childhood education, and implement strategies accordingly.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in early childhood education, with a proven track record of leadership and management.
- Knowledge of local regulations for nursery schools.
- Certification in early childhood education or a related field is preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational software.
