Call for Tenders for Pellet Production Line

CESVI’s mission is to support the most vulnerable populations in promoting human rights and achieving their ambitions, and contribute to sustainable development. We believe that the recognition of human rights contributes to the wellbeing of everyone on the planet, a shared home to be safeguarded. CESVI has been operating in Lebanon since 2001 with emergency assistance, education, livelihoods, and socioeconomic development. This call is related to the “WASTE or RESOURCE: Enterprises and municipalities’ environmental and social Responsibility” Project, led by CELIM and implemented by CESVI, OXFAM, POLIMI, and ISF-MI in collaboration with the municipalities of Hasbaya and Chebaa. The purpose of the action implemented by CESVI is to contribute to reducing the negative impact on health and environment produced by pollution and contamination of air, soil, and water in Lebanon by supporting 20 MSMEs in developing new and enhancing already existing models of environmental and social responsibility In South Lebanon while ensuring that decent work standards are preserved.

In the framework of this intervention, the present call for tenders is published on behalf of “Wasted Treasures” in Hermel, Lebanon, a business benefiting from the program. The business intends to expand its pomace logs production capacities within the framework of the project and is looking to contract a supplier for a pelleting machine and related production line items, as well as installation services, as mentioned in the attached request for quotation file.
