مقدمة

ان ثينك تانك البحث والابتكار التربوي الوطني في المركز التربوي للبحوث والانماء، هو مبادرة حيوية تهدف الى تنشيط المشهد التربوي في لبنان. يطمح الثينك تانك، من خلال التركيز الاستراتيجي على الابتكار والبحث، ان يكون محورا للخبراء التربويين، حيث يُعزز الأفكار والاستراتيجيات الرائدة لتحسين السياسات والممارسات التعليمية على الصعيد الوطني.

Overview

The National Educational Research and Innovation Think Tank, located at the Educational Center for Research and Development, is a pivotal initiative aimed at revitalizing the educational landscape in Lebanon. With a strategic emphasis on innovation and research, the Think Tank aspires to serve as a hub for educational experts, promoting pioneering ideas and strategies to improve educational policies and practices across the nation.

الأهداف

يسعى ثينك تانك البحث والابتكار التربوي في المركز التربوي للبحوث والانماء الى تحديد الأولويات البحثية للمجتمع التربوي في لبنان وذلك في جميع مراحل التعليم ما قبل الجامعي. في هذا السياق، تدعو اللجنة التوجيهية للثينك تانك الباحثين التربويين في الجامعات اللبنانية للمشاركة في هذا البحث الذي يهدف الى القيام بمراجعة الأدبيات لجميع الأبحاث التربوية المنشورة المتعلقة بمراحل التعليم ما قبل الجامعي في لبنان في السنوات العشر الأخيرة (2014-2024). سيساعد هذا البحث في تحديد الثغرات الموجودة في الأبحاث التربوية على الصعيد الوطني، كما سيشكل مدخلاً هاماً يغني الخزان المركزي للبيانات الذي سينشئه الثينك تانك.

Objectives

The Educational Research and Innovation Think Tank, hosted by the Educational Center for Research and Development (CERD), aims to identify research priorities for Lebanon's educational community across all levels of pre-university education. This research will assist in identifying gaps in educational research at the national level and will also serve as a significant contribution that enriches the central data repository the Think Tank aims to establish. This review will encompass all educational research publications relevant to pre-university education stages in Lebanon over the past decade (2014-2024).

الشروط

• يتولى القيام بهذا البحث فريق عمل مؤلف من ثلاثة باحثين، يترأس الفريق باحث من بين الأعضاء الثلاثة،
• يقوم الفريق بمراجعة أدبيات الأبحاث المنشورة باللغات الثلاث: العربية والفرنسية والإنكليزية، وكذلك رسائل الماستر والدكتوراه في التربية من الجامعات اللبنانية،
• ان يحمل كل باحث في الفريق شهادة دكتوراه وينتمي الى جامعة لبنانية،
• ان يتمتع كل باحث في الفريق بخبرة في مراجعة الأدبيات: تحليل وتوليف الأبحاث بحيث تُضيء على الثغرات التي تُرشد الى الاولويات البحثية.

Conditions

 The research project will be undertaken by a working group of three researchers, with one member serving as the team leader. The team's tasks include:

• Conducting a literature review of publications in Arabic, French, and English, as well as examining master's and doctoral theses in education from Lebanese universities.
• Each team member must hold a doctoral degree and be associated with a Lebanese university.
• Each member should have prior experience in literature review, specifically in analyzing and synthesizing research findings to identify gaps that inform future research priorities.

• السيرة الذاتية لكل باحث في الفريق،
• الطلب معبأ بالكامل من قبل رئيس الفريق.

• A doctoral certificate for each team member.
• The curriculum vitae for each team member.
• A fully completed application by the team leader.

التقارير المرحلية والنهائية

يقدم رئيس الفريق تقريرا مرحليا بعد شهرين من انطلاق البحث وتقريرا نهائيا عند نهايته.

• Reports

The team leader is responsible for submitting an interim report two months after research commencement and a final report upon conclusion.

المراجعة المنهجية للأدبيات هي تحليل شامل لجميع الأدلة المعروفة حول موضوع معين. تتميز المراجعات المنهجية بأنها شاملة، شفافة، وقابلة للتكرار (Siddaway, Wood, & Hedges, 2019) وتكون أكثر دقة من المراجعات الأدبية التقليدية. يمكن لمراجعة الأدبيات المنهجية أن توضح الوضع الحالي للبحث حول موضوع معين من خلال تحديد الفجوات التي تتطلب مزيدًا من البحث ضمن ذلك الموضوع.
