Call for Proposal - Videographer

DCA Lebanon as part of its 2023-2027 Strategy is piloting its support to the agricultural sector in South and Mount Lebanon through supporting farmers, specifically those whose lands were impacted by mines and cluster munitions, to adopt sustainable and agroecological approaches. Based on this, DCA is working on implementing two projects “Hazard to Harvest” and “Road to Sustainable Food Production”.

CONTRACT PURPOSE & EXPECTED RESULTS

The purpose of the videographer is to produce two high-quality videos and capture ten striking photographs that encapsulate the essence of our project in different areas.

Results to be achieved by the Contractor:

The aim of this assignment is to produce informative, emotionally engaging, and visually compelling, conveying the impact of our work on the communities we serve. Additionally, the photographs should be of exceptional quality, showcasing key moments, individuals, and the overall atmosphere of the project.

SCOPE OF THE SERVICES

TIMING, LOGISITICS, AND FACILITIES

The contract starts at May 1, 2024, till November 30, 2024.

REPORTING

The Contractor shall submit:

-Two Videos:

Duration: 3-5 minutes

Format: High definition (HD)

Style: Documentary-style storytelling with a focus on our mission and impact

Music and Voiceover: Use of suitable background music and, if necessary, voiceover to enhance the narrative

-Ten High-Quality Photos

All produced content should be approved by the project Co-lead.
