As part of the "AQWA" project, the facilitator, under the supervision of the Project Manager, will engage in outreach, training, participant support, and follow-up, reporting to both the Director and MEAL Officer.

Job Description:

  • Develop instructional materials like worksheets, tests, and assignments.
  • Ensure a safe and productive learning environment during sessions.
  • Prepare supplies and resources for lectures and presentations.
  • Provide personalized instructions for interactive learning.
  • Plan and implement educational activities and events.
  • Prepare regular progress reports.
  • Assess and document student progress.
  • Assign tasks and assessments.
  • Plan and deliver relevant training.
  • Support outreach and market research in the target area.
  • Prepare and file necessary documents.
  • Provide weekly and monthly activity reports.
  • Attend relevant meetings.
  • Support participants with needs assessment and selection for specific soft skills.
  • Facilitate roundtable meetings between stakeholders and participants.
  • Follow up with beneficiaries on proposal development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social work, Assistant medico-social, or related fields.
  • 2-3 years of experience in related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively with team members.
  • Ability to show a positive and collaborative approach toward diversity.
  • Flexibility and ability to deal with cultural differences.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
