Description: 
  • Create content by going to the field, taking pictures, videos and collecting testimonials. Edit as needed for reels’ creation
  • Draft captions for social media according to the company's social media strategy
  • Suggest a social media calendar for review
  • Handle digital presence, including managing pages and accounts, scheduling and uploading social media materials
  • Assist the Head of Communications on a daily basis
  • Review and uplift the visual identity of GNFF and all related projects (develop the visual and name presentation of the logo and the visual identity usage guideline)
  • Conceptualize and develop the graphic design of GNFF’s and all related projects’ communication
  • Design the layout of communication products for printing and digital distribution
  • Design the reporting and presentation of information and graphs, including infographics and fact charts
  • Manage and coordinate the printing and production process of all design and communication material with vendors
  • Manage the multimedia content archive, print and digital designs, photos, videos
  • Film and edit content as needed, for pictures, reels and short videos
  • Advise on digital marketing strategies to further enhance the organization’s online presence

Strong theoretical and practical background in graphic design, 3 to 5 years of experience Spoken and written fluency in Arabic and English, French is a plus Advanced skills in photography, filming as well as the use of editing software Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Good understanding of digital platforms and digital marketing Good knowledge in information design and data visualization Proven experience in graphic production including printing process, materials and color management Proven ability to deliver design that is mature and neat, following GNFF’s branding strategy and guidelines and focusing on the objective and audience of each design Ideally, ability to create short animation videos Familiarity with interactive technologies is a plus Proven ability to deliver under tight deadlines Curiosity generating continuous research for ideas, news and updates is mandatory Cultural sensitivity and adaptability Consistency is key
