Responsibilities:
- Create compelling written content for the organization's website, social media platforms, newsletters, and other communication channels.
- Develop content that aligns with the organization's messaging, values, and objectives.
- Foster positive relationships with media outlets and journalists to secure coverage for organizational events, initiatives, and announcements.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms to increase the organization's online presence.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and proactively engage with the online community.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of communication campaigns, including conceptualizing ideas, creating content calendars, and monitoring campaign performance.
- Work closely with the PMs to develop communication plans for upcoming events.
- Create promotional materials, including event invitations, banners, and multimedia content.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and insights for content creation.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, Translators, Editors, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure cohesive and visually appealing content.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in website development, content creation, and social media management.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging content for different platforms, in both English and Arabic.
- German is an asset.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their best practices.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for communication initiatives
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and multitask effectively.
- Ability to take initiative; work independently and within a team.
- Required Experience: Minimum 3-5 Years.
